The conference is organized on the basis of the Faculty of Computer Information Technologies and is dedicated to the
60th anniversary of West Ukrainian National University.
The conference aims to provide an international scientific communication platform for the exchange of research results, ideas, and practical developments in the fields of intelligent computing systems, software technologies, artificial intelligence, data analysis, digital technologies, and project management. The conference will promote the scientific activity of students and young researchers by encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration, supporting the integration of young scientists into the international academic community, and creating conditions for discussing modern approaches, methods, and practices in digital transformation, innovation, cybersecurity, and automated computing technologies.
Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian, English.
Participants are invited to present reports, take part in discussions, and demonstrate their own developments and innovative products.
Forms of participation: in-person and remote.

Participants are invited to submit abstracts of 3–5 pages prepared in MS Word (.doc, .docx).

Originality of the text must be at least 80%. Self-citation should not exceed 20%.
Important: citation of sources published in russian or published by russian authors or on the territory of the russian federation is not allowed.

Following the conference, an electronic proceedings volume of abstracts will be published on the website of West Ukrainian National University.
The proceedings will be indexed in Google Scholar.
Within the framework of the conference an international workshop ICSPM Workshop 2026 will be organized.
Full research papers submitted to the workshop must be written in English only.
Paper length:
All papers must be prepared using the CEUR-ART template (1 column).
Accepted papers after peer review will be recommended for publication in CEUR Workshop Proceedings (CEUR-WS.org).
The proceedings are expected to be indexed in DBLP, Scopus, and Web of Science subject to CEUR indexing procedures.

All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee or invited international reviewers.
The review process follows the principles of double-blind peer review, where the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed.
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Program Committee will make one of the following decisions:
Only papers that successfully pass the review process and meet the formatting requirements will be recommended for publication in CEUR Workshop Proceedings.
