The conference is hosted by the Faculty of Computer Information Technologies and is dedicated to the

60th anniversary of West Ukrainian National University.

About the Conference

The conference aims to provide an international scientific communication platform for the exchange of research results, ideas, and practical developments in the fields of intelligent computing systems, software technologies, artificial intelligence, data analysis, digital technologies, and project management. The conference will promote the scientific activity of students and young scientists by encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration, supporting the integration of young scientists into the international academic community, and creating conditions for discussing modern approaches, methods, and practices in digital transformation, innovation, cybersecurity, and automated computing technologies.

Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian, English.

Participants are invited to present papers, join the discussions, and demonstrate their own developments and innovative products.

Forms of participation: in-person and remote.

Participation in the conference is FREE OF CHARGE.

Conference Abstract Submission

Participants are invited to submit abstracts of 3–5 pages prepared in MS Word (.doc, .docx).

Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian and English.

Formatting requirements:

References must follow the requirements of DSTU 8302:2015 or APA Style. The reference list should contain 3–10 sources.

Originality of the text must be at least 80%. Self-citation should not exceed 20%.

Important: references to sources published in russian, authored by russian researchers, or published in the russian federation are not allowed.

Abstract submission form: Submit Abstract via Google Form

Following the conference, an electronic proceedings volume of abstracts will be published on the website of West Ukrainian National University.

The proceedings will be indexed in Google Scholar.


Workshop Paper Submission (CEUR-WS Proceedings Track)

Within the framework of the conference, the international workshop ICSPM-WS 2026 will be held.

  • Track 1. Information Computing Systems
  • Track 2. Intelligent Project Management
  • Full research papers submitted to the workshop must be written in English only.

    Paper length: 10–20 pages

    All papers must be prepared using the CEUR-ART template (one-column format).

    Accepted papers, subject to peer review, will be recommended for publication in CEUR Workshop Proceedings (CEUR-WS.org).

    The proceedings are expected to be indexed in DBLP, Scopus, and Web of Science, subject to CEUR indexing procedures.

    Review Process

    All submitted papers will undergo peer review. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee or invited international reviewers.

    The review process follows the principles of double-blind peer review, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed.

    Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Program Committee may make one of the following decisions:

    The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

    Only papers that successfully pass the review process and meet the formatting requirements will be recommended for publication in CEUR Workshop Proceedings.
